We welcome up to 2 pets per apartment home. Our pet fee is $350 for one pet and $500 for two pets. Our pet rent is $25/monthly per pet.
While we are a pet-friendly apartment community, certain aggressive breeds, including mixed breeds, are restricted at all communities. We do not allow the following aggressive breeds/mixes at our communities, including, but not limited to: Rottweiler, Chow, Presa Canario, Doberman, Akita, Pit Bulls (Also known as American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, or Bull Terrier). Poo Prints DNA Registration required prior to move in.
