Yes, we are a pet-friendly apartment community! Our pet policy allows both cats and dogs, with up to two pets per apartment home. In addition, we allow some non-traditional pets as well: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. There is a one-time, non-refundable pet fee for each pet as well as monthly pet rent. 

Certain dog breeds are restricted unless used as assistance animals. Restricted breeds include: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, and St. Bernard and all “mixes” of the above breeds. Snakes, spiders, ferrets, and iguanas are also not allowed for liability reasons.

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Sunday. Please contact our team to confirm current hours or schedule a tour. 

Revel Greensboro is currently zoned for Northwest Guilford schools. School assignments can change, so we recommend confirming zoning directly with the local school district before making a leasing decision based on school placement. 

From Revel Greensboro, you can drive to the Guilford College campus in just about 13 minutes. 

UNCG and GTCC can be reached in about 15-20 minutes via car.
